MDG has been providing doctor-led medicals for nearly 20 years.
Customers are contacted on the day we receive your instruction to arrange an examination. Our case handlers will explain all aspects of the medical and schedule an appointment at one of our nationwide clinics. We have electronic links in place with clinics across our network and agreed service level agreements in place ensuring accelerated turn around times.
The lab will test samples within one day of receipt and once the Medical Report and Lab results are received by MDG, they are scanned and made available to view on Meditrak.
In addition, we make use of over 2000 secondary centres around the UK, and also have a mobile doctors service that covers a large part of the country.
We also offer a High Value Service where High Value customers benefit from a dedicated case handler who will manage the process from start to finish, ensuring a quick and efficient turnaround time.
Comprehensive Management Information will be provided around the middle of each month.
